Christopher Kilpatrick
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kilpatrick previously served as Executive Vice President, Business Development and General Counsel for Masimo Corporation. Prior to his engagement at Masimo, he served as President and member of the Board of Directors for Interplay Entertainment Corporation, a NASDAQ listed developer, distributor, and publisher of interactive computer and video products. Prior to that, Mr. Kilpatrick was a corporate partner at the law firm of Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth, where his practice focused on emerging growth company representation. Mr. Kilpatrick has also served on the Boards of companies in various industries. Mr. Kilpatrick graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

David Tobler
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Tobler has been involved in medical device research and development for over 25 years. He has held executive positions, including Vice President of Product Development, with numerous medical device companies, including Biox, Masimo, and most recently Luminous Medical. Mr. Tobler has extensive experience managing diverse technical teams resulting in many successful medical device products. Products have included complex devices and high volume disposables. He holds more than 20 patents. Mr. Tobler graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, University of Colorado and completed the Executive Management Program, Stanford University, Graduate School of Business.

Phil Harris
Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining iGlyko, Mr. Harris served as the CFO and Vice President of Packaging Plus, a large multi-national packaging company. Mr. Harris joined Packaging Plus as part of an acquisition team and helped secure bank and equity financing to enable adoption of a roll-up strategy in the plastic packaging industry for this company. Prior to Packaging Plus, Mr. Harris spent nearly two decades in the accounting and finance functions of both public and private companies. He has an extensive background working with private equity funds and raising debt capital through a consortium of banks. Mr. Harris has also been responsible for the accounting, credit, legal and administration, information systems, human resources, budgeting and forecasting and treasury functions. Mr. Harris began his career as a member of the Price Waterhouse audit staff. Mr. Harris earned a B.A. in business economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
